Accuform Signs® "INSPECTION RECORD" Black/White Equipment Status Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed made of PF-cardstock for longer durability. Pliable 10 mil polyolefin-based tag will not crack, distort or shrink and is pulp-free containing no wood pulp or any other paper content. Scuff and tear-resistant waterproof matte surface is best suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor applications. The 0.015" stock has a temperature range of -4 to 158 deg F that resists UV rays for 3 - 12 months. It helps to clearly identify and alert staff to cautions and works effectively in extreme environments. It is sold as 25 per pack.
